Delivery & returns

Everything is made in North Walsham, Norfolk. Here's how it gets to you.

Delivery

  • UK delivery is included in the price of most pieces. Where a product has an extra delivery charge, such as garden benches, it says so on the product page.
  • Collection: free from the workshop at Unit 12 Johnston House, Laundry Loke, North Walsham NR28 0BX. Choose "Collect from the workshop" at checkout and Paul will let you know when it's ready.
  • Garden benches: the bench price includes either collection or delivery to mainland UK, which you choose on the product page.
  • Bespoke and large pieces: delivery is agreed with you as part of the quote.

How long it takes

Many pieces are made or personalised to order, so timings vary with the piece and the time of year. [Typical making time to confirm with Paul] If you need it by a date, say so in the order notes or call 07771 950 911 before you order.

Returns

If you change your mind about a piece that hasn't been personalised or made to your specification, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Let us know by email, then send it back unused and well packed; return postage is paid by you. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back.

Personalised, engraved and made-to-order pieces are made specially for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. That doesn't affect your rights if anything arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty

If anything arrives damaged, or isn't right, email paul@wwww.uk.net with a photo within 7 days and Paul will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Caring for wood

Wood is a natural material. Boards should be hand washed, dried straight away and oiled now and then; never put them in the dishwasher or leave them soaking. Outdoor furniture weathers naturally to a silver grey unless it is oiled each year. Ask Paul for advice on any piece.
